About
What are we capable of when we recognize our power to shape the world around us?
The Good Unlocked began with a question.
What can I do?
I spent a lot of time looking at the world around me and wondering what it would take to change the things I wished were different.
Eventually, I realized I was tired of waiting for someone else to create the world I wanted to see. So I decided to start where I could, with what I had.
And somewhere along the way, “What can I do?” became “What can we do?”
That question is at the heart of The Good Unlocked.
We believe our actions matter. They shape our lives, affect the people around us, and sometimes travel further than we ever get to see.
Not everything is within our control. But there is always something we can contribute, create, change, care for, start, or set in motion.
The Good Unlocked is where we explore what becomes possible when we do.

- One action can move another person.
- What moves one person can move another.
- And something small can become something bigger.
We believe good travels. We’re exploring how far it can go.

From the founder
Hi, I’m Alexandria.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about what I can make of the things in front of me.
As a child, that looked like an Easy-Bake Oven, an obsession with cupcakes, and hours spent experimenting in the kitchen. Years later, that curiosity became Sweets by Alexandria, a bakery I started as a teenager and built alongside my family.
At the time, I didn’t have a word for what drew me to it. I just loved the idea that I could create something that didn’t exist before, share it with people, and make their day a little brighter in the process.
Over time, that same instinct found its way into other parts of my life. It showed up in the communities I became part of, the experiences I created, and the care I gave to the people around me.
It took me time to see the thread running through all of it, but eventually I found a word for it: agency. The ability to shape my own life, contribute something to the world around me, and have a hand in what happens next.
The Good Unlocked grew from that realization, and from a question that became much bigger than me:
What would we start?
What would we change?
How would we show up for one another?
What could we create together?
What comes next is ours to explore.
